About the author

Ambrina Ruth Taylor has been in the position that her target reader is likely to be in: deep in debt, struggling to manage her money, unable to save or plan for her future. She turned her situation around by educating herself and putting the things she learned into practice. Ambrina cleared £21k of debt in eight months by cutting her expenses, learning how to be savvy with her money, and increasing her income. She has gone on to save and invest and has been featured in national newspapers and magazines, appeared live on the BBC news, as well as on BBC radio and various other radio stations and podcasts. She was also invited to visit the chancellor in Downing Street to discuss inflation alongside other thought-leaders in the space. She created the The Money Fix brand UK (previously known as Money Savvy Mum) in 2020 and has gone on to help thousands of people tackle their money problems. She is the author of The Money Fix.
